  2. Hi Steven:

Thanks to you and the team for all the hard work.

As some of us will travel via Libson airport, kindly share relevant information about commuting between Lisbon and Faro.

    Many thanks,

  5. Hello, when can we expect the invitation letters to come? we have colleagues from the field (DRC) who need to request visa and travel to the border countries by end of June to ask for visa timely for the games. please any information is highly appreciated.

    • Hi Luisa, we are almost ready with the invitation and have everything we need to successfully host the games. We are only waiting for information on guaranteeing visa facilitation. This is very important to us to have that groundwork done before launching the invitation. We hope to have all the information ready next week!
All the best from Vienna, Steven

      • Hi Steven
I’m writing on behalf of the IFAD team. There is only one direct flight per week from Rome to Faro. Many of us are already booked but others risk having to travel through Gatwick or other transfers if they don’t book soon. Perhaps while awaiting visa info other details such as disciplines and hotel recommendations could be provided. Please consider. Thanks
