My only concern is that over the years, the opening ceremony is so chaotic. The guest speakers can barely be heard! In year 2014 in NY, the Deputy SG could barely be heard. Can the Control commission look into how we participants can exhibit some decorum during UNIAG opening ceremonies? Same goes for the closing ceremony – everyone moves to the front to take photos making the whole beautiful evening not as nice especially for those seated at the back…
